Editorial standards

Our readers trust Modern AI Magazine to be accurate, useful and honest. These standards apply to everything we publish, including articles written by contributors.

What we look for

  • Original work. Articles must be the author's own and not published elsewhere, including on the author's own site.
  • Real value for readers. Practical insight, first-hand experience or genuine expertise. We do not publish thinly disguised advertising.
  • Accuracy. Facts, figures and claims must be correct and, where needed, supported by credible sources.
  • Clear, plain writing. Most articles run 700 to 1,500 words.

Use of AI tools

AI tools may assist with research or editing, but the ideas, experience and final wording must be the author's own, and the author is responsible for every fact in the piece. AI-generated images must not be presented as real photographs.

Links

Links must be relevant and genuinely helpful to readers. Editors may remove or change links, and we limit links to the author's own business.

Images

Images should be high resolution (ideally 1600 pixels wide or more), and you must own them or have permission to use them. Please include a photo credit where one is required.

Editing and decisions

Our editors may edit any piece for clarity, length, accuracy and style. Submitting an article does not guarantee publication. We contact authors only when we decide to move forward.

Transparency

Any sponsored or partner content is clearly labeled. Corrections are made promptly when errors are found. To report an error, please contact our editors.
